About Us

We provide vocational training/prep services and financial counseling to job-seekers with differing abilities (cognitive, physical, and mental health impairments) to assist them in obtaining competitive employment. We believe there should be limits regarding employment aspirations, options, or opportunities.

Our process is individualized based on job-seeker interests, skills, abilities, and barriers to allow for the greatest level of contribution as community members and taxpayers.
