Under the direction of the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), this position is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operation of a branch office including planning, directing, deposit and lending goal achievement, organizing and managing day-to-day operational and employee activities. As the face of the credit union, responsible for driving positive brand advancement, and supporting branch growth through outside business development activities and community involvement.
Requires ability to create strong engagement with reporting employees and to drive positive brand awareness within the community. Minimum of 3 to 5 years in the financial industry; prior staff management experience, and strong commitment to serving the community required.
