Wausau State Patrol Open House

Wausau State Patrol post to hold an open house on Saturday January 4, 2020.  The public is invited to stop in at the Wisconsin State Patrol's Wausau post.  The post is located at 227301 Shrike Ave in Wausau.  State troopers, commercial motor vehicle inspectors, a K9 team and other officers will be on hand to discuss their duties and answer questions about the process for joining the State Patrol.  The current recruitment period - when people can apply to serve as a state trooper or inspector - will close on January 12, 2020.  The State Patrol encourages men and women form all cultural and educational backgrounds to consider a rewarding career in law enforcement.  More info is available at wistatepatroljobs.wi.gov
