Phelps scarecrow fest

The Phelps Woman's Club Scarecrow Fest is scheduled for Saturday, Sept 14 from 11am-5pm. New this year is Fur Trader Encampment, Smokey the Bear, and a kids flea market, along with the returning popular pumkin chuckin, create a scarecrow and win a cash prize, sample and vote for your favorite homemade wine, visit the craft fair, a quilt show, and Headwaters Art League displays and enjoy a hayride through the woods. Raffles include a North Twin Coady's Point of View Lake Resort certificates. a green bay packer football basket, and a money tree basket. In the woman's club booth walking tacos, caramel corn, pumpkin bars, bat brownies, and fall M&M cookies will be available to purchase along with free chili samples. Games for kids, face painting and the balloon man are available. Food and drinks will be available to purchase. A free shuttle bus takes you to/from the event.
