We aim to educate and inspire area professionals, students, and residents while promoting economic development.

The Lincoln County Summit aims to address the critical importance of effective succession planning in all areas  of life, ensuring the longevity and prosperity of local businesses, organizations and rural communities. Through  a series of presentations by area leaders, panel discussions, and networking sessions, participants will explore  innovative strategies for leadership transition, talent development, and maintaining organizational resilience in times of change.
