Join us for a fun afternoon of charcuterie at Auntie Ray's Coffee House in Merrill! This class will give an introduction to a few cheeses, cutting styles, meat organization, etc. You will leave with your own charcuterie creation and wood board that serves 2 people. $65 per person.
